Areas to improve - feedback greatly appreciated.

Your thumbnails need larger text. You avatar is just a question mark. Also, try to add more colors other that just green and white. Not visually appealing.Maybe have avatar as acronym,i.e. WG??...or something...I don't know.Hope this helps.:) Good luck!
 
Pretty good stuff, man. I would go with more consistent thumbnails that have your branding somewhere on them so I know with a quick glance in my sub box or recommend videos that it's coming from you. Also, your facecam could be a bit smaller, there's a lot of empty space to the left and right of you and it's just taking away from the game a lot.

Content wise I think you're fine, a step in the right direction from the typical gaming channels.

The lack of apostrophe in your name and the fact that your channel name is all lowercase on your page but all uppercase in the banner are slight nit picks. Keep it up though, lookin' good. :)
