Any advice for doing a video series?

Posting Mad!
In the near future I'm planning on selling one of my cars part-by-part, and I want to do some kind of video series on the process. I kind want it to be documentary-ish of my car selling experiment, but also be a how-to for those who never parted out a car before.

I thinking of doing a 2 minute intro video explaining the car, why I'm doing what I'm doing. The rest of the series will cover how I take apart various things, how I sold them, and have a running tally of selling revenue.

I'm kind of fuzzy as to how I would break those video up. I can do a bunch of videos like "How to Remove a Steering Wheel" or I can do something like "Parting out a car - Day 3". Maybe some combination of the two.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I also know with YouTube, that if I put these videos in a playlist and set them as part of a series, I can't use them in any other playlist. This might make it tricky to organize the more "How-to-ish" type videos.

Also any general advice on just making video series?

Thanks.

Hm, the idea is great ~ I'd recommend not doing it a tutorial but a life experience, so people know what's going on. At the same time, it could teach people how you do several things, but that'd be secondary. You could always make extra tutorial videos explaining, in detail, how you did everything. And I didn't know that ~ At least I think my videos are in more than a playlist, sometimes... Or is a series playlist different from a regular playlist?

~Good luck on the upcoming series :)
