looks like your good to me, do you have green icons by your vides in the videos tab now?
if so you should be good to go. I assume you set up your adsense account (I think you have to do that before you apply) you might want to log into your ad sense and make sure all your info is still current and set up your payment method if you didn't do that already.

I see the green but I don't have an AdSense account connected to any bank ? not that I made any revenue.
