Am i allowed to use that picture of a game controller?

Hello,
this picture has no copyright, but it is the original NES controller.
Am i allowed to show it without problems?

I don't see why you couldn't but it also depends on what type of video you are making.
For movies you wouldn't be able to without a license. For videos like reviews, gaming, etc...as long as it falls under Fair Use then you can use the picture no problem.
Heck even Educational videos can use anything without problems as long as it's for educational purposes only.

If you're worried about the image and need to use it then you could always blur text on the controller to help out as well.
But for the majority of Youtube videos I see with copyrighted material most of the time they are fine using copyrighted images as long as it's within context.
