After I reached both Eligibility, are such forever, or do the Unlocked options get reset if say all videos are deleted?

In the Earn tab, there are 2 Eligibility with their own requirements. So say after achieving both Eligibility, like the blue progress bars are finally full for both, are the two Eligibility forever? Do deleting the videos reset the two Eligibility? Both the Video and Shorts watch hours would be reset, right?, after deleting the uploads, but would the two Eligibility achievement still remain?

If I delete my own uploaded videos/shorts, then the accumulated watch hours would be gone, but would the Eligibility achievement still remain, like would I lose the likes of unlocked Memberships, Supers, Shopping, Watch Page Ads, and Shorts Feed Ads?

Or for example: After reaching both Eligibility, say I didn't delete any video, but say it's been 2 or more years so the watch hours would of course go down and no longer the watch hours' blue bars would be full, would I lose the likes of unlocked Memberships, Supers, Shopping, Watch Page Ads, and Shorts Feed Ads?
