Has anyone tried using adwords advertising on Youtube?

From what I've seen, it costs about £10 ukp for 1250 views, which I can't make up my mind if it's worth it or not...?

I guess if you have a film that you think is really good and likely to go viral, you cna give it a really good initial boost that might reach that sudden critical mass to go viral?

Has anyone else had any experience of this, or am I going to have to try it out for everyone else first? :-)
 
I had a friend who did that to one of his videos, he didnt get the maximum of views they show you. But it works allright as a "kickstart" i would say.
