Adsense Earnings and YouTube Analytics

ClumsinessisaCurse

I Love YTtalk
I've only been using Adsense for a couple of months so I apologise if I'm missing something obvious, but...

I've been monetizing my videos since late January, and saw some clicks here and there - nothing to retire on, but at least I knew it was working! I still find the YouTube Earning Reports really confusing, so I've been stopping by my AdSense account every so often out of curiosity to see how it's going. But then I noticed that nothing was showing up for April. I thought maybe it just needed time to catchup, or YouTube was just being glitchy (which would be nothing new), so I didn't think too much of it.

I just checked again, and got this notice

So I guess I have to check everything through my YouTube Analytics from now on. The 'learn more' link tells me 'You can find finalized earnings within your AdSense account.'

Sorry if this doesn't make any diference to you, but I really dislike the YouTube Earnings Reports interface, even when it does work properly... and makes sense.

So I guess what I want to know is... did/does anyone know about this? Maybe I missed some announcement when I wasn't paying attention. And if it's a permanent thing, as it looks, some tips on navigating the realms of YT reports...?

Thanks!

From April onwards all your Youtube earning will appear in your Youtube Analytics. Yes, this feature sucks real bad but we cant do anything about it.

However there is still a way you can check YOUR Youtube earning from Adsense or if you have more than one account, combined overall earning are also showed in Adsense. To check that-
- Login to Adsense
- Show full reports
- Adsense for Host
- This month: April
What that shows is all your Youtube earnings from all accounts.

Your Welcome!
