adding audio tracks to the public library

hi

in the video editor section you have an option to add audio tracks to your uploaded video from this audio track library.

I have audio tracks I made myself and I want my tracks to be in that library so that others will have the option to add my tracks to their videos.
how can that be done

and I want it to be not only available to me but to anyone that edits a video and wants to add tracks from that library.

how can I contact youtube ? I only find "help" buttons that lead to knowledge bases but no email or contact form...
