About renting or selling a video on YouTube.

Hi friends. I have a question.
if I uploaded a video on my YouTube account that has a song or two detected to be copyrighted. (Doesn’t effect my account but copyright owner can make adds etc on my video) can I still rent or sell this video?

does it have to be fully non copyrighted to make it rentable or sellable?

please help and show me the way please.
 
This depends on the license you have of the audio... you'll need to find that before anyone including yourself would be able to give you any meaningful answer. if you have no license that says you can - then the default position you should take is that you can't.
