A Problem with Adwords billing for promoting videos

I've tried now a number of times over the past few days to promote a video. But all I can see on the billing page is this (attached image). I obviously can't fill out the form.

I've used Firefox and Safari, and I'm getting the same result.

[DOUBLEPOST=1453497400,1453496987][/DOUBLEPOST]OK, great, so the embedded image isn't showing up either, which pretty much sums up my whole week. The thing is, it only shows half of the billing form.

Fixed that for you. Hopefully adds a little uptick to your week though I don't know the answer to your question. Though I'd say try maybe Chrome? Hopefully Google's pages render in their own browser.
