YT Network dont paying me

Hello,

I am partnered with Zoomintv and I got paid everytime since 9 months.
now for February I dont get paid and I contacted them through everyway,they dont respond,

I dont have & had any problems with my channel,so the only difference compared to the other months is,that I made alot more money - almost 10.000$!

now they wont give me that amount of Money and want to keep it.

so what can I do now ?

anyone ideas?

I've been with them for years and this is the latest they've ever been. They don't answer me either. No idea what's going on.
