I've noticed that their Music Policies have changed and allow creators to monetize covers more easily. =) I've found the link from the above screenshot, and I'll paste it below:

Yeah...that restriction is to prevent members from spamming links everywhere, but sometimes it gets in the way of sharing information.. =/
