Youtube Views Are Glitched Right now

I have gotten multiple friends to watch one of my videos (they don't live anywhere near me) and they said the views stayed the same

i decided to watch a random video with No views and when i refreshed the video they views stayed the same
Not only this i had 19 views 3 likes before
Now i have 19 views 4 likes?

Anyways Help get this Fixed By Tweeting at youtube

I believe this has been happening since its introduction. While YouTube has wanted to keep realtime view count, I don't think it has exactly kept up by the numbers.

Go to analytic and click on realtime view.
The main counter has always been bugged
