YouTube Username and How To Change It

Hi Guys, How can I change my youtube username?

Also how can I have a good username? I have no idea where to start and I want a short and catchy name like sips, strippin etc but I have no idea where to start.
I don't want to make a new channel since I am nearing 200 subs

You can't change your username as far as I am aware, you can change the name that appears on youtube by creating a Google+ page with the new name you want and linking it to your channel, but the url of your channel will stay the same.

You can´t change your username, you can only change your google plus name, which changes the header name of your channel.
