Youtube upload issues with Google Chrome

Has anyone had issues uploading their videos using Google Chrome?

For the last few weeks once the video has been processed it will go through the next step of uploading but the percentage just stays at 0. If I go to my video manager page it shows the progress go smoothly from 0 to 100%. So once uploaded I go back in through video manager to edit the title, add tags and all that but the save function doesn't work and nothing I input stays. I have ended up using internet explorer to upload my videos and edit the info on them but I was just wondering if anyone else has had issues with Chrome like this before...

i use chrome everyday never had this issue i had an upload issue on my previous channels in the past but it wasnt chrome it was just because i had an extremely outdated computer so my upload speed was very poor and sometimes it would get stuck at 99 percent a lot
