Hello everyone. Earlier YouTube issued two false community guidelines against my account. I sent YouTube the following message appealing the decision to retain issuing the false community guideline strikes against my account.

Hello YouTube.
My whole TGNDireGaming YouTube Account was recently suspended due to 2 of my videos being falsely flagged for spam, scams, and commercially deceptive content. I have reviewed the community guidelines and I do not see how my videos violate them in anyway. According to YouTube's emails, the penalties associated with receiving two community guideline strikes against my account were related to the two videos below:
"My Little Pony Rainbow Dash's Rainboom Game Let's Play / PlayThrough / WalkThrough Part"
"Tutorial For How To Turn Off The Xbox 360 In Halo 3 On The Xbox 360"
I could not agree with the reason for these penalties, because the videos that were falsely flagged for spam, scams, and commercially deceptive content are in compliance with YouTube's terms of service for the following reasons:
First 1. The "My Little Pony Rainbow Dash's Rainboom Game Let's Play / PlayThrough / WalkThrough Part" video and the "Tutorial For How To Turn Off The Xbox 360 In Halo 3 On The Xbox 360" video do not contain any spam in the video or in the comment section so it does not violate the spam polices. The "My Little Pony Rainbow Dash's Rainboom Game Let's Play / PlayThrough / WalkThrough Part" was purely part of a Walkthrough / Let's Play / PlayThrough of the My Little Pony Rainbow Dash's Rainboom Game. The "Tutorial For How To Turn Off The Xbox 360 In Halo 3 On The Xbox 360" Video was a purely a "Tutorial For How To Turn Off The Xbox 360 In Halo 3 On The Xbox 360" as the title of the video directly indicates. Therefore, the videos are not spam in anyway shape or form.
2. My videos do not utilize services that increase traffic artificially.
3. The videos do not contain misleading metadata. The videos contain metadata relevant to the content of the video.
4. The videos do not contain any misleading thumbnails.
5. The video content or metadata is not a scam. The videos are not created to trick people for financial gain.
All in all, my videos were not scamming, misleading, or inappropriate in anyway shape or form and are not in violation of YouTube's policies. Therefore, individuals most likely flagged my videos mistakenly.
Please consider reviewing my videos and reinstating my accounts by removing both false community guideline strikes against my account since my videos are not spam and are in compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
I have created over 35,050 videos and I have earned 27,200 subscribers on my YouTube channel. These accomplishments represent my years of hard work and they really mean a lot to me and my community of subscribers on YouTube. I really do hope to get my account back in order to be able to do what I love to do on my TGNDireGaming YouTube channel.

The Google response team of course never responded back to inform me, from their subjective perspective, exactly what specific metadata their specialist team considered misleading on my 2 videos falsely flagged for spam, scams, and commercially deceptive content.
After not receiving a response to this inquiry, I sent the all mighty sole judge, YouTube, the corporation whom neglects to allow any third parties whom are competent in understanding how meta data can be relevant to the content of certain videos, determine whether or not content falsely flagged is in compliance with their community guidelines; a final message imploring for YouTube to reinstate my TGNDireGaming YouTube Channel if I were to institute changes, in any possible way as they see fit, in order to rectify anything they feel is an issue on my YouTube Channel .

As expected from YouTube's partner support track record to neglect to provide partner support, I still have not received a response from a Google / YouTube specialist team to this request.
Recently, another one of my YouTube channels, likely comprised of over 180+ videos, had all its' videos terminated after I received one false community guideline strike against my account. I will most likely file another appeal since I once again could not agree with the reason for these penalties, because the video that was falsely flagged for spam, scams, and commercially deceptive content is in compliance with YouTube's terms of service.
It is unfortunate that YouTube employees have the autonomy to shut down any YouTube channel once they deemed any metadata which is relevant to the content of the video as misleading from their subjective perspective. YouTube should ideally leverage impartial, rational, logical, and knowledgeable employees who are competent in understanding the content of falsely flagged videos so that they can explicitly understand how certain keywords can be constituted as relevant metadata to the videos falsely flagged. When employees lack an understanding of the content of the falsely flagged videos, they may deem the metadata relevant to the content of the video as misleading. This is a major issue primary because your YouTube channel can get terminated at any moment if it contains metadata relevant to the content of your videos since YouTube employees have the autonomy to potentially deem any metadata relevant to the content of your videos as misleading and subsequently terminate your channel. Unfortunately, competent employees from third party companies who understand the content of the videos are not judges in determining whether the metadata, relevant to the content of your videos, is relevant to the videos falsely flagged.
To my dismay, I have no recourse in being able to get my 35,050 + videos restored since my content was uploaded to YouTube's domain and not my own. When you utilize another company's platform, you relinquish control of your own intellectual property by forgoing the opportunity to always be able perpetually retain your intellectual property since it is embedded onto another company's website.
To hedge against having YouTube deem your metadata relevant to the content of your videos as misleading from the subjective perspective, you may want to consider deleting all your metadata from your video and just titling your videos "video" without any description or tags. The issue with omitting to include any metadata from your videos is that it prevents your target market from being able to locate your content with ease. Without your videos containing any metadata, YouTube employees most likely cannot constitute your videos as having misleading metadata. Another option is to upload your videos to another video sharing site who leverage competent employees that understand the content of the videos as judges to preside over determining whether the relevant metadata is relevant to the videos falsely flagged.
Ultimately, my livelihood is completely decimated. From this abysmal experience I have learned to minimize your dependence on utilizing other company's website or platforms, where you have absolutely no recourse to regain your content if said company's terminates all your content. Since other companies that provide stellar platforms for their users to upload their content onto are not always fair, impartial, reasonable, logical, rational, and shrewd, it is within your best long term interests to establish your own website to host your content onto so that you have recourse in being able to protect your intellectual property. After forever losing all my 35,050 + YouTube videos, 27,200 + subscribers, and my TGNDireGaming YouTube channel which earned over 30.5 million video views, that I scarified years out of my finite life to create, I have decided that I will continue to pursue worthwhile endeavors where I can preside over my content without relinquishing control of my valuableintellectual property to other companies by formulating my own website to host my content onto.
Lastly, I would like to know if anyone has any advice to deal with this calamity?
