Youtube radio?

I've been seeing these livestreams on youtube recently, that are playing music and they are titled something like youtube radio (insert music genre) 24/7 live stream.
Do you think that has a place on youtube? Have you watched these? And wouldn't people get in trouble for all the copyrighted music used in the live streams?

well i have seen them i reckon they need a whole new portion of the site (like youtube gaming) maybe it be called youtube radio so they just have to put the genre in there
