What are all the perks to being a YouTube partner? even the small ones. i am new to being a partner and i would like to know thanks.

Machinima it appears.

Custom thumbnails, custom banners, custom sub buttons, live shoes, ability to create your videos into 'seasons' and 'episodes. Someone else chime in here I gotta make dinner
 
Every Network should provide by default:

Banners, Thumbnails, Extra Support


Most Networks will provide upon request:

Livestreams, Shows


Some Networks:

Manage their own ads sales for possibly higher revenue. (which may or may not mean higher earnings depending on how they pay out)


Outside of those things... the benefits are going to vary widely and be very network specific. An example set would be:

Dashboard, Free Audio Library, Private Forums, Network Promotions, Bulk Annotations, Facebook Apps, Sponsorships

However, there could also be more advanced benefits depending on your view level or the resources the network is willing to expend.

Talent management, merch management, design help, your own website, etc, etc.
