Mine disappeared today as well. I wouldn't worry, though. Since several people across several different network lost their access, I'm pretty darn sure it's a YouTube bug. Believe me, I've been partnered for over a year now (RMP via SocialBlade), and random things like this seem to happen all the time. A few months back YouTube decided I was no longer a Partner, and I lost access to everything (video claiming, thumbnails, etc). By the end of that same day, it was all restored. You have to keep in mind that YouTube is a *very* large site, so a few bugs here and there can only be expected

If every RPM partner lost it on the same day, while other networks remain unaffected you can rest assured it is probably RPM disabling it. Transparency is a given feature, it is either enabled or disabled. A comparison I suppose would be the claiming tab, which only 'disappears' if it is disabled.
I could very well be wrong though in that a wide-spread issue occurred only to RPM and not the other Maker Studio's subsidies or any other network for that matter.

No. My old network disabled the tab so I switched to a network that I own. When happened just to launch.

My estimated earnings are back! Must have been a YouTube problem, yet to hear back from RPM with an answer but does look like it was an issue with YouTube.
