Won't Let Me Change Thumbnail

Hey Guys, so during the upload of my most recent video, I did as I always do and add a custom thumbnail. Only difference is, when I went to change it after updating it, It wont allow me to change it. It says I change it, but nothing happens (The cover on the actual video should change, but my thumbnail only fills up the little "custom thumbnail" window). Has anyone else had this issue?

Just change it sometimes it can take up to 3 days for a thumbnail to actually change.

I have had this issue in the past. It took me a few days to get the new thumbnail up

It can take a few days for it to update sometimes, or maybe try a different browser it sometimes helps
