Why I can't change url even if i meet the requirements?

Hi Everyone

One week ago we just hit the 100 subscriber milestone, and even though we meet all the requirements for the url change, it still says we are ineligible. Did anyone else go through this and if so, what can we do to fix this?

Recently about a week ago, I passed the milestone and was eligible for a custom URL, but I decided not to go through with the URL change.

Well...everyone with his decision. The thing is I truly want to change..i've been waiting for a really long time and now that i'm finally here i can't do it. Why?!? It is so frustrating and very disapointing
