Would you consider this chill rap? I like this beat, it's just super chill and Tech rips the beat to death. It's hard for me not to vibe to this song

Are you talking about the kind of music that birocratic and the Beatknitter make?

I enjoy that type of music but I can only find those songs as background music from other people's videos.
Whenever I try to look it up myself I always end up with the songs that have Japanese titles and Vaporwave style album art lol
