Which Network has the Highest fixed CPM?

If you are a big channel you have to negotiate individually and anything 90/10+ is good. If you are a smaller channel, I would recommend staying with Adsense.

I didn't think any Networks offered fixed or CPM minimums any more.

Oh, I read that wrong. I also haven't heard about fixed CPM's being offered anymore.
