If your channels is not too big enough for joining, just wait. But I will suggest you to join Fullscreen or RPM

Wow! A 85/15 splits revenue from fullscreen! HOLY! I would join with a big smile on my face lol, but you got 10k subs that's why you got such a good contract, I would recommend it :D

Negotiate for a 90/10 split at least. Tell them that Curse offers 90/10 with no lock-in contract. Never settle for the first thing a network offers you, always challenge it. They WANT you, especially with your view & subs per day.
 
I'd take that 85/15 as well!
I'm myself considering Fullscreen but their default 70/30 with 2 years lock-in makes me hesitate, and I don't know how to contact them. :P
 
Anything over a 1 year contract is never wise. However I know it isn't easy when you start out so your options are limited. That split is very solid though, definitely worth a shot but maybe try it out for 6 months and see how it goes.
