When should one Monetize?

I was curious if monetizing was a good idea before partnership, just curious because I could monetize all my videos but wasn't sure if this was beneficial or not. Could I get some expert opinions on this?

Honestly, recently a YouTuber that I watch with over 2k subs lost his partnership when his AdSense account was closed for click bombing. It really showed me that it can happen to anyone. So, for right now I took pretty much all of the ads off of my videos. I personally wouldn't bother with it until you gain a large, significant audience.

If you plan on partnering with youtube its self, then i would consider monetizing your videos, but if you plan on partnering with a network such as fullscreen for example, dont even link your adsense account to your channel. It helps speed up the processing/unblinking time, and yes you have to worry about being clicked bombed by partnering with youtube.
