I put out a bouncy, happy version of the song "Hurt" by Nine Inch Nails (and Johnny Cash later covered). I thought everyone would hate it but they didn't think it was so bad. Of course, my "happy version" cover of "Mad World" was called an abomination by a writer for Esquire lol. They're all a risk and I am a little concerned with each song I put out. Next up is a rap version of Sinatra's "My Way" that I'm convinced will get me death threats lol.
