What is better? Be a YouTube partner or other "private" network?

I am asking since currently i'm socialblade/RPM partner. And things looks like this:

40% of my income taken by google. Then again 40% is taken by my partner.

Maybe i can earn more if i will become YouTube partner?
Is there any benefits to be partnered not by YouTube?

You could well be earning more with YouTube directly. Google will still take 45% but there is no other cut like with a network so you will receive 100% of the 55% left over.

It is also worth noting that Adsense is used as the back end default if the network ads have been exhausted. Any network worth it's salt will at the very least, come very close to the same or better earnings than with just Adsense due to increased CPM. You will not find any networks that guarantee this at the small channel level though.

Well Google takes 45% of everyones revenue network or no network, so that is irrelevant in the decision. Most major networks have their own ad sales team which usually will result in higher CPMs. My CPM tripled when I moved to RPM, so I would say it is worth it. Even with the extra percent they are taking, I am making more. Also, I partner more for the community and support team than anything. They are all great people, and I have made good friends from it.

Agreed. Just because Networks might have higher-earning ads doesn't mean that it makes up for the amount that the Network gets out of your share.

Disagree. I have a quota deal whereby I earn 100% of my earnings up to a certain threshold. There are other networks who have this type of deal as well.

Youtube partenership is great and simple. I can't compare for the money, but be aware that maybe you have ressources that will no longer have if you quit your network!
