What Does Your Channel Struggles With the Most?

Do you travel a lot?

About 3 times per year intercontinental and then a few European trips in between. Flying isn't too cheap so I can't make new videos like weekly...but it's okay. I've checked out your channel btw

I have plenty of time to make videos, but I've been in a motivation slump for the past month.

What kind of videos you make? Maybe we can make a separate thread for people who're experiencing a creative block.

Like others, my biggest challenge is consistency. I tend to make videos documenting my radio hobby and fixing things like cars and power equipment. If I go through a spell where nothing needs to be fixed or I'm tied up at work and dont have time for fooling with radios then I have nothing for my channel. YouTube is really just another hobby for me so I don't worry too much about it but I know that if I could be more consistent I'd be able to grow my channel faster.

Subs. Definitely the subs. I thought the watch time would be tough but I got that in 2 weeks time just about.

Audience retention, trying to have more than 3 minutes on a video, even something like 8-10 minutes long.

I would say for me it's the fresh video ideas. I barely uploaded stuff and didn't do that much stuff that was worth recording to me. And I don't want to make any videos just for the sake of making videos. I've got some ideas but I'm not a 100% convinced.
And because of that I could also choose some other options mentioned in the survey as a result of the main problem.
