What do you use to record ?

Ditto. I record my voiceovers in iMovie.

I use Fraps for PC games, and Hauppauge HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition for console games.
And I will use a 3DS capture card soon, for 3DS/DS games.

I record with Fraps, i think thats the program that gives you the best quality. The only thing that sucks is that every videofile is like 10 gigabytes and they wont record everything in one file.
