What do you use to create thumbnails? And why?

I was wondering what you guys use to create thumbnails. I know some people just download them from google. But I use mine in Photoshop and I was wondering what about you guys. I personally use Photoshop because it has a lot of options and advanced options. Also it's kind of easy for new people as their are a lot of templates online you can download and edit. What about you guys?

I use gimp because it is free and easy to use, it is not the best but it is good enough for me right now

I use pic monkey and cool text I find it so quick and easy to set them up and it works well with my brand.

I use picmonkey, and a website called panzoid backgrounder 3! They are both really good, and simple to use! I like picmonkey, because I can have a ton of layers, and I like panzoid backgrounder 3 because it has a lot of really cool fonts!

I like to use Pixlr, I used to use Gimp but I don't really feel like I do enough to justify downloading it onto my new computer.

I use Photoshop, I couldnt get used to GIMP when I tried it, Photoshop works well for what I do.
