What do YOU look for on YouTube?

I usually use YOUTUBE to watch music videos and learn tutorials on video editing and photoshop

I generally watch automotive stuffs or music videos. Sometimes I will follow the latest trend for a while eg crushing stuff / burning stuff etc.

I originally went on youtube for information or tutorials. For example when I was younger I spent a lot of time watching tutorials for hairstyles or makeup looks. More recently I've been going on youtube to watch videos about people who have interesting personalities (for their vlog videos), for how-to videos and to see people review a product I'm interested in buying.

LPs, food review/challenge channels, rant/vent channels, etc. I don't go to the super popular channels, I try and look for the smaller or midrange channels out there, anywhere from 2K to 500K subs but I'm not excluding 1-2M sized channels, just not the stupid ridiculous megasized and obnoxious gaming channels out there.

I also have a knack for British and Australian channels as well.

I love watching storytime videos from people like Sarah Baska & Heyparis, I love funny videos like what nigahiga does & rant videos

I really love originality and oddball stuff that wouldn't make it to TV or your local movie theater. It makes me sad to see how many creators chase after viewers by just uploading whatever happens to be trending or use work that other people have made to hinge their own content on. I love it when I see an original channel that is taking risks in one way or another.

Oh so many things gaming videos, vlogs, comedy, tutorials, tech , short films i pretty much head to youtube first before i go anywhere else

I don't really look for anything in particular. Music, magic, comedy, educational, documentary, sports, etc... YouTube is like an all-purpose video watching machine.

Whatever I randomly get interested in...but as of now just sport highlights, something that'll give me a good laugh, and I go on there to watch Dragon Ball Super episodes lol
