What do you feel is the hardest subscriber milestone?

I think the first true great milestone would be to have 100 dedicated subscribers that engage on every video you post, comment, like, share, etc. It really is about having a community of people that love your stuff, and aren't just there to sub4sub or like4like.

I personally feel the first 100 is the hardest milestone, you don't have much exposure so gaining subs will be a long and slow process but once you hit 100 you'll gradually grow faster than before until you're in the 1000s i.e.

My channel took a year to hit 100 subs and another to hit 1k which is ten times the speed, i feel like the hardest milestone is 200 because the first 100 are easy because of your friends but after that it is the grind of getting your channel up.
