What are youtube groupy thingys??

Hey so I'm trying to wrap my head around these youtube partnership group team things that people are a part of. I see these people with nearly 1,000 subs and about 1,200 views who are a part of some youtube group. Then I see these groups like machinima and Creator X network and Fullscreen and all these other ones and I have no idea what they are about.
So my questions:
What exactly are they?
What are the advantages of being part of one?
Do you get more views because of them?
How do you apply?
Is it worth it?

Those groopy things are dictatorships where one person agrees to post videos on someone's channel in exchange for money the disadvantage of this is that your video has a lot of competition you don't really get more views since its on someones else's channel hope this helps

Being part of a partnership group has its benefits. There are people who are actually partners with networks you've mentioned above that could tell you the trie benefits.
