What am I doing wrong? Channel not growing as expected

Thanks buddy. I've seen some people on here go from a few hundred subscribers to hundreds of thousands. There are even a few channels with well over a million subscribers who are still super active on here. All we have to do is be patient, stay focused and keep working hard. We'll get there
