Voice over Videos with Monetization ? HELP ME

hello friends i want your help
i'm making videos with stock video and audio footage, labelled for reuse and free for commercial use from stock websites like Pixabay

Please kindly refer the video and reply whether it is monetizable content or not ?

and few channel similar to mine are monetizing their videos in interviews this guy even said he earning good income he only do voice over videos with pictures an slides he even using google images

Neither video is monetizable. They are both based on still image slideshows; a non-monetizable content type since summer of 2018. The channel which holds the second video will be demonetized when it is reviewed as an existing member of the YouTube Partner Programme and removed from the YPP.
