What do you mean by send delay? Can you elaborate?

The messages are sent one after another, youtube only allows you to send so many messages per hour, the site maxs your messages sent, i was unable to send messages for a day due to a message suspension.

It only sends 20 per hour, one every 3 min.

I did use three different videos and it tried to send, from all 3 i'm guessing? I did not send any messages myself there for I couldn't of topped the scale

If you add 3 videos, than its 9 minutes gap for each.

Re-tested this time, and no ban, and spaced out messages, weird maybe a bug in the system? or possibly cause I sent messages before I started using it
