Looking for a Videopad tutorial on how to cut a few seconds or less from a solid video. Everything I have found so far shows how to remove or ad things to the video that are separate from what was originally filmed.
I just downloaded this software specifically because I needed something for this one purpose... and it was free, the free part was important.
I have no experience with video editing aside for windows live movie maker and it didn't let me cut parts of the video, it cut my whole video or what I had added during that editing session.
