Video thumbnail and voiceover question

Hi

Are the any copywrite issues with using the logo/name of a PS game on a video thumnail? such as Resident Evil or Fifa?

Also, if I added audio clips of a famous person, or characters from a TV show, would that get me in trouble? I know many well known gamers do it, but im not sure if they get permission.

As long as you modify it enough to make it your own content, then you can upload it. Worst comes to worst is that you can't monetize it.

Unsure on the audio clips, but having a game logo/title in your thumbnail is fine!
