Video Tags - problems

I've noticed several times when I upload my videos and make my Tags for them
They are then changed / removed / jumbled around :/
And it is so irritating

I noticed it's more prominent when I monetize a video as well...

Anyone else have this problem when uploading a new video?

I aint sure about those issues but when editing the tags I have noticed all of a sudden you cant type within the box anymore and are forced to copy and paste and refresh the page to edit them again, it could be a browser glitch for me though.
