Video Monetization Evidence Help​

Hello everyone hope your doing well.
So far on my YouTube channel I have uploaded more than 10 videos which none of them have been monetized as they are Gaming related, although they have commentary over still I am not able to monetize the gameplays. Don't know why and I don't think there is a way around it until I get Partnered.

Soon I will be uploading a video which has audio and visual effects etc. I will be given two separate license to use the audio and visual effects. After the video has been submitted for "Monetize" YouTube will surely ask for evidence and I will be able to provide it without a problem.

Can someone please tell me on how I can show them the evidence so the video can be monetized. I know I will need to click "!" or something similar to provide evidence. Just that I don't know how I will show them the evidence.

I would really appreciate any help from the members of the community.

Hey Frankie thanks for your response. The license will be a downloaded copy, meaning I will need to download the license from the website. I think the license will state the name of my YouTube Channel or something similar to represent my channel. How would I show the evidence?

Within the email they send if they need additional information, you will see a link that leads to a form and it allows you to upload your licence (must be in PDF).
 
Hey Gabriel thanks for your response. I just had a look on a video that was not monetized and YouTube sent an email. But I can't seem to see anywhere I can upload them a copy of the license bud?

Replace VIDEOID with your video ID that they asking for more info on.

Edit: How do I find the VideoID bud? The email which they sent does not have nay ID just the name of the video that was posted onto the channel.
