Video Editors???

I use Adobe Premiere Pro and really recommend it. I have the entire Adobe Suite, so its about $20 a month, and I think it's more than worth that. If you get the Adobe Suite you also get Adobe Audition which is great for audio editing and if you have any background or interest in Animation AfterEffects is great for generating branding for your videos (logos, effects, etc).

Cyberlink PowerDirector is a great, cheaper alternative to Adobe Premier Pro and Sony Vegas in my opinion. Very easy to use and much more affordable.
