This week, Mutton and I tried to make a popular 3 ingredient recipe for vegan brownies that we have had shared with us many times over the past month or so. This recipe has been featured in articles and videos that are all over the place including Facebook, Pinterest, and recipe sharing sites, so it looked too good to be true!
Unfortunately, the recipe WAS too good to be true, but we wanted to share what happened and why we think it went wrong, and also to talk about how to make improvements so that a better version of this recipe might do better in the future. Over the next few weeks, we'll try to improve these vegan brownies and come back with a better version of the recipe which you can try.
