Using my own content twice/guidelines

I am starting my channel soon and have a few questions regarding copyright/strikes:
1 - I am making a 20 part series on how to build a car, can I publish a preview video that contains clips from the forthcoming episodes? (I'm worried that the algorithm will strike me for using my own material when the actual episode is played)
2 - Can I use my own video clips more than once in seperate videos?
2 - Can I use clips off some other car build sites (with their permission). I'm worried that I'll get automatically struck off, even if I get permission in advance, especially if I use 3 clips in one video

I go hiking with several friends who have similar sized channels, they record, I record & we share the footage among ourselfs whenever needed
I try to make sure their name & channelLink gets into video description even if Im not using any of their video footage
