Request Using iTunes music in videos?

On some videos, I've seen them play music from the iTunes store with a thing in the description that links to where the song can be bought on iTunes. If you do this does it mean you can use copyrighted music on your video? And if so, how do you do it? Thanks

not allowed, you can do it and if the artist's claims it, you wont get a strike but repeated use will result in the videos being taken down and you gaining a copyright strike.
