URL Help!

Can't get custom URL with new Google Plus design. If you had a website it was allowed but not anymore. Anyone experience this?

This thread is from 2016. I appreciate the effort in replying but please don't bump very old threads - It is likely that some of the people are no longer active here and it is very confusing for those who are. ^^
