Unlisted to Public

So when my video goes from scheduled to public, my subscribers are notified (provided they have notifications turned on). That much is straightforward.

But what if a video goes from unlisted to public? Do the subscribers get notified then?

Also, what if it's private (not scheduled, but private indefinitely until I manually change it), but then goes public. Do they get notified then?

The first time you make it truly public they get notified

Once it goes public I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter they will be notified
