Hello Youtubers! I just want to ask, im planning to make a tv series review/reaction video. is there any violation for that? im not adding their video.

If you show any clips, expect (at the very least) to be flagged by Content ID, receive 3rd party claims, and your videos monetized on their, not your, behalf.

when a video gets monetized on the behalf of the copyright creator, you can't necessarily tell (unless you have a tool like TubeBuddy or VidIQ that can tell you who is monetizing the videos).

I think you'd be surprised at how many videos on youtube are monetized by someone other than the youtuber.
