Trying to record videos without a script

I wanted to try talking off the top of my head so the commentary sounded a bit more natural. I had a bit of audio issues with something hitting my table, other than that do you have any advice you could give? im not sure if i should go back to having a script.

Even if you're recording without a script, you can still redo lines and edit out things hitting the table, etc. Usually, I have a few main points that I want to go over and make everything else up as I go. Afterward, I edit out mistakes, pauses, breaths, etc. to make it sound more polished. For your audio, I would recommend some sort of treble/bass boost equalization since the audio doesn't sound as crisp as it could. The confidence sounds good and you sound like you know what you're talking about )
