Trying to grow the channel any advice.

I am using YouTube buddy and trying to grow my channel. I have clear content with Analog voice a voice teaching channel. Also Spektorbaal a music channel. Seems how is the best way to optimize the work. Any help would be great.
Tube body is not doing much to rank in google and youtube. Small channel with 240 subs each. Thank you
