Hey!
One of the things that some small YouTubers don't really think about is setting goals for your channel. Setting goals in anything, whether it be everyday life (eg: getting an A in school or going for a run every day) or on YouTube is very important!
If you do not set goals for yourself, chances are, you won't have anything to work towards. You would just be aimlessly making videos for your own good. Now some people do get by without goals, but I can assure you, that's a very rare case.
Here are some of my goals, and the actions that I will take after those goals have been reached:

- 100 Subscribers = Setup Showcase (where I show my video creating equipment)
- 250 Subscribers = Small Giveaway
- 300 Subscribers = Bi-Weekly Shoutout Videos
- 500 Subscribers = Medium-Value Giveaway
- 1000 Subscribers = Big Ticket Item Giveaway
- 1000+ Subscribers = Weekly Shoutout Videos

The reason I have it like this is to:
- Create a sense of connection with subscribers
- Get a sense of accomplishment when I reach my goals
- To push myself to make more/higher quality content!
